Our family of 5 .. parents, 2 young boys and grandma .. enjoyed the most amazing day. Apart from the promised adventures … of feeding and playing with tiger cubs, riding and splashing in the river with elephants, lunch at a floating restaurant on the River Kwai .. our driver Joe was super enthusiastic and obliging .. our guide Ek was very experienced and helpful. They ensured we had an aboundance of photos and videos to remember our fabulous day. We really loved the fact that it was a private tour and while we stuck to the prescribed schedule, we were able to request comfort stops as needed.
The company was efficient in replying to communications and ensured our driver and guide provided perfect service. The mini van was very comfortable, clean and modern with all tech equipment .. wifi and music .. a party bus!!
